Mother Earth Meditation is a sacred weekly gathering to reconnect with the living spirit of the Earth — the Great Mother within and around us. In this gentle yet powerful session, we ground into the energy of nature, stillness, and belonging. You’ll be guided through breathwork, deep embodiment practices, and nature-based meditation that restores balance, gratitude, and reverence for life.
This is a spiritual homecoming. A space for restoration, remembrance, and recalibration through Earth’s timeless wisdom.
